11/21/10

Holy Cow!  I weighed this morning and it was down to 313 pounds.  I am so HAPPY!
I have been drinking a protein shake for breakfast, a smoothie for lunch, and a sensible supper.
I am trying not to snack during the day and choosing a healthy small portion when I do.

Tonight for supper we are having a lite caesar salad with rotisserie chicken. YUM!
