Catching up

I am in TWODERVILLE, next stop WONDERLAND!
Finally, finally finally my weight started moving again! It took forever and being sick with the coughing crud to break my stall. Whatever, I'll take it.
Still making good food choices most of the time. I slip up every now and again but I am not going to beat myself up over it. My freezer is STUFFED with frozen fruit and vegetables. So good. I have found I really like the Birdseye Frozen veggies. They cook up the best and taste so GOOD.
My son has lost 20+ pounds so far. He is getting more interested in what he puts in his body. My husband has diabetes and his latest 2 month blood work came back normal. We are so happy! I am hoping that if this keeps up they will eventually take him off the meds.

I have paid my deposit and scheduled my RNY gastric bypass with Dr. Joya in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. My surgery will be on May 16. This is going to be the LONGEST 3 months and 10 days of my life. I want it to be over already so I can get healed up and on with this new life.

So frustrating!!
Great news...on the bright side....We got a call from the bank today that our refinancing loan will most likely be done by Thursday!! WOOHOO!!
I am so ready to call and schedule my RNY gastric bypass surgery.

WooHoo!!!
My Hungry Girl cookbooks came in. There are so many yummy looking recipes I don't know where to start. There is one that uses Captain Crunch to coat chicken that sounds really good. Weird, but good. I bought some Fiber One cereal because that is used on loads of the recipes for coating everything. Blueberry Muffings with whole wheat flour....yum. My family LOVES blueberry anything.
Good news on our re-finance for our mortgage. The bank said everything should be done by the end of the month. Woo Hoo!! This means I can HAVE my RNY gastric bypass surgery. I am hoping for May 2011. I really want to loose at least 50 pounds by then. I just have these nightmares of not being able to fit in the plane seat.
My daughter is on her way home from college and will be here for over a month! Nothing like having my nest full again.

Why, why, why did I cave and eat 2, yes 2 cheese burgers last night?? And how does that add up to a 2 pound weight gain overnight?? They were tiny! Boy were they good!
I ordered 3 of the Hungy Girl cookbooks from Amazon last night. I can't hardly wait for them to get here.
We are trying to get a Home Equity loan so I can have my gastric bypass surgery in Mexico with Dr. Joya. Waiting to hear from the bank. Every time I check it says status pending.
